Soccer Magic Plus will ship any orders exceeding $99 FREE to anywhere in the Continental United States (EXCLUDING GOALS). For all orders less than $99, the fixed shipping rate is $9 per order. For orders outside the United States, you must have a shipping account with international mail forwarding company, Bongo International. All orders will be shipped via FedEx or FedEx Ground or the United States Postal Service ground. If you should need your order earlier, please make a note in the space provided on the checkout page. (If special shipping is required, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the shipping.)

Any new item may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We cannot accept returns on items that have been customized, worn, or laundered. Please try all products in a clean, indoor area and make sure you are happy with the size and fit. Once shoes are worn outside your home they cannot be returned. Due to the rigors of the sport, all footwear and gear are expected to experience some wear and tear. It is our experience that truly defective items will be evident within the first 60 days of purchase. Defective shoes are subject to Soccer Magic's inspection and may be returned within 60 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Defective and unused items will be exchanged and shipped to you FedEx or FedEx Ground free of charge. Please return the items via FedEx or FedEx Ground or insured mail. Soccer Magic is not responsible for returned items lost in shipping.

Team orders exceeding $99 are shipped FREE via FedEx or FedEx Ground Continental US. If you should need your order sooner, please call us to make arrangements.
