Any new item may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We cannot accept used merchandise for returns or exchanges. Defective shoes are subject to Soccer Magic's inspection and may be returned within 45 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. Defective and unused items will be exchanged and shipped to you UPS ground free of charge. Please return the items via UPS or insured mail. Soccer Magic is not responsible for returned items lost in shipping.
